My visit started right on time. All the staff were personable and friendly. The facility was clean and modern. Dr. Michael Bittner explained the results of the exam and answered questions in understandable terms. The staff in the eyeglass store were also knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I recommend Bittner Vision Associates.
Everyone is so pleasant and very helpful.They spend as much time asyou need to get questions answered and all the tests that need to be completed and very much explain everything you need to know about your exam.When picking out glasses the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable also.I recommend them very much to whoever needs great eye care.
Had such a nice appointment yesterday- not only is all of the staff knowledgeable and helpful, but so personable that I felt like I was visiting with friends. Dr. Manko is so down to earth and will do such great things in her career due to not only having the technical knowledge and skills but also the ability to connect with her patients.
