I went through about 3 and they just kept ghosting me and finally I get sent Omar’s contact info and I called him right away and he showed up that night with samples for me to look at. “Back when I was doing my research and getting prices for my backyard project solution people made it an easy decision from the beginning. They sat down with me and my wife in our house and went over everything step by step from something simple as as the color of the pavers to the placements of the lights . The workers were very professional and kept us informed on a daily basis . Alberto and Natalia would stop by unannounced on a daily basis just to check and make sure everything was going smoothly. I've since been in contact with solution people to start a new project in my driveway. If you are looking for a company to do your hardscaping stamp concrete retaining walls etc. Look no further they are not the cheapest. But they are the best Can't wait to start my next project“

The carpet came to the warehouse earlier than planned and i was able to have it installed 2 days earlier. “I needed new carpet in a home I bought recently. So where do I look? At one of the big name home improvement stores where I dealt with four different people, and it took some time before I got a quote. I asked to make a change before signing the contract, and they never got back to me with an updated quote or new contract. I got tired of waiting.I found Carpet Dimensions on Google maps and stopped in to check them out. They had a huge selection of carpet, far greater than where I first looked. The salesperson at the store was very knowledgeable of the different types of carpet. Even though I had brought in measurements of my room and the stairs that I needed carpeted, the salesman insisted that someone come out and take measurements. We arranged an appointment. They gave me some samples to take home so I could select the right colors.Robert showed up at my door and took measurements. I asked him a few questions and he was able to answer them easily. He wrote up a quote, which came in significantly lower than what the big name home improvement store had given me even though the carpet I had picked out was a better quality than what I had picked out in the other store. We arranged for installation.Unlike the home improvement stores or other national carpet retailers, Carpet Dimensions has their own crew for installing carpets. They came in, removed my existing carpeting, and installed carpet on two different sets of stairs and my finished basement in just a few hours. The installers were very polite and courteous.My overall experience with Carpet Dimensions was excellent. The carpet they installed feels incredible under my feet. If I ever need carpet again, I will certainly be going back. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing new carpeting.“

“Jerry took the time for this over thinker to figure out colors and understand what to expect. He delivered on all he promised and his team was outstanding---communicative, respectful of me and my home and very professional. I love my new lighter golden oak floor! Brightens up the room so much. TIP for anyone doing this: ask how much it would be for them to tear up your carpet and/or remove all the wood carpet tacks (those strips of wood around the perimeter of your room that the carpet is attached to). Removing the carpet was easy.....trying to get a crowbar/chisel under the carpet tacks was nearly impossible. Jerry did not overcharge and it was well worth it!“

“We came here for area rugs, and they have, probably literally tons of them, hanging in the back room so you can flip through them. One very helpful thing is that they have a bowl of plastic clothes pins of several colors, you can pick several pins of the same color, and use them to mark your favorites so you can get back and look at them again and compare them. I also found it helpful to take a picture of the rug and the label, so we could later see if it was in our size, and let the staff know what we were looking for when it wasn't hanging there.The rugs seem reasonably priced, and good quality. We also got a custom mat cut for each rug that we purchased, said to be of a quality above the ordinary rubbery type. It seems to be good, and walking across our bedroom rug barefoot is like getting a massage, given the combination of the thick pile of the carpet and the firmness of the non-skid rug mat underneath.We would definitely return, if we replace any of the area rugs we have in all our other rooms.“
