“We had two power outages in the past 24 hours caused by severe thunderstorms. My emergency generator came on but only ran for about 15 seconds and stopped running. I called another company three times, Explain the problem and was told that I would get a call back But no one ever called me back. And then called Jamac, and when I explained the situation, they had a technician here to take care of my problem less than an hour. The technician diagnosed the problem and had a replacement part in his truck to get the generator up and running. Can’t say enough good things about Jamac and will continue to use them every time. I have a problem with my generator and for regular maintenance. I highly recommend this company.“
