We started our journey 10 weeks post partum with our first son, throughout my entire second pregnancy and post partum season, and this past year, through a challenging breast cancer journey which included chemo, surgery and radiation. Throughout every phase, Ashley was there to support me - not only physically but mentally. Our private work outs are always personalized (and on zoom since I relocated from Philly now), and I love having the weekly group zoom class to see my dearest work out partners across the community she has built. Ashley went above and beyond this year to educate herself with oncology and chemo/active treatment and studied how that impacts our work outs together. I always look forward to our time together. She has taught me how to appreciate my body throughout transitional times of pregnancy and beyond, and pushes me to be stronger every day. I cannot recommend her enough as a skilled, supportive trainer and thoughtful, incredible coach to have as you navigate motherhood and life.“

We had a wonderful conversation about fitness. I shared my life experiences and Mr. Pierce, shared his. It was truly delightful. I shared that I wanted someone to give me tips on marketing my Brand Clothing of Krystique and Mr. Blayne gave me strategies, information and tips on how to get noticed. I was doing research on Blazing Body Fitness and I saw that Mr. Pierce is on Facebook as well as Instagram. I am now following both platforms. Also Mr. Pierce is a Dallas Cowboys fan and I gave him an earful about that. Yes, I am a loyal and devoted Eagles Fan!! Truly, it was an engaging and informative conversation. I was surprised and intrigued by Mr. Pierce because of his willingness to help me. I have found in my journey of fitness and being a Dancer and Motivational Speaker, that many folks only want to help me if they are being compensated. It is refreshing to see that there are some folks in the world who are not looking with their hands out and looking for a hand out. Jamie trains me twice a week and for the first time in 40 years, I've now realized how important weight training is and how good you feel doing it. She creates my session just for me, I feel so much stronger and love it. It's an atmosphere where all the trainers know each other and make it fun while working out - it's a great community. I've been to classes as well and the group size is just right and they give you modifications if you need them. It's a good group of clientele who like to have a good time while working out. Jamie and Jimmy are a local neighborhood family who love being in fairmount and their new space next to the post office is perfect for personal training and classes.“

The classes are fun and the instructors are welcoming.
