“I called around noon to see what time they had available today (Thursday) for 3 pedicures. We were told 5:30p would work best. We arrived early at 5:15p and they had our spa chairs ready to go within 5 minutes. It was our first visit to this nail salon, and they were friendly and welcoming. I found this location through a google search because I needed a location that was halfway between my daughter's home and mine, as I was treating her to a pedicure for her birthday. We both picked the "Volcano" pedicures with gel polish. (Menu description in photos) I chose "honey pearl" scent, and my daughter chose "romance." Both scents gave us a nice little burst of aromatherapy when they added them to our water. They did everything listed: Neck wrap, exfoliation, moisturizing foot rub, hot stone leg massage, paraffin dip, and polish. My mother-in-law requested a basic pedicure (none of the extra fancy stuff, lol) but she was happy with her service also. Important to note that the bathroom was clean, which is always a plus! We had a pleasant experience and will definitely return in the future.“

“I have been to many nail salons in the area. No where compares to Optima. The owner is fabulous: sweet, personable. And every staff member is awesome. This is about the only nail salon in the area where they have you leaving feeling important and rejuvenated - not just another number. Also, take notice to the recently renovated interior. “I’ve been going to Sis at Hair We Are for years. She does a great job on my hair. I go to her for cuts and color. Always great service. Can get appointments within a week. Nice atmosphere. Marci, the owner, is also great.
My only complaint is that they no longer take credit cards. I understand the reasoning. But it is an inconvenience. Would be nice if they added some other option.
