I had two appointments with Deb who I gave praises to after my first cut. Second cut she haphazardly chopped half my bangs two inches higher on one side. When she specifically knew how important my bangs were I was so distraught I never went back,. I hate to be ageist but Deb is older and maybe it's time to hang up the shears. It's sad because the salon was great and close by but that kind of poor work is not acceptable.

Do not get your eyebrows waxed by Deb. Worst experience of my life. She didn’t listen to anything we BOTH discussed prior to waxing. I asked that just the end be shaped on the bottom and top but I like the fullness of my brow. She cut my brows in half, they’re so thin now. She also made them straight with no arch when I had a full arch before. I just wanted my ends cleaned up a bit and now my brows look completely different and horrible. So sad and can’t do anything to fix them until they grow back.Service: Waxing

The most awful salon experience I have ever had. I went in wanting a wash, blow out and style. I walked in with my hair styled like I always have and told the stylist I needed it the same way. She pulled my hair through the whole process and caused me to flinch several times. She refused to use a straitening iron to smooth my hair out despite me mentioning it several time and pointing out how frizzy my hair looked. She intsisted on using a large curling iron that btw, also pulled hairs out of my head as she worked it. I told her I was unhappy and she said sorry and that was it.
