“If you are looking for a truly custom home and not a builder that says they are custom but will not allow you to modify their cookie-cutter blueprints Costa Homebuilders is the home-building company for you. I had the issue when first trying to find a builder that when you Google "Custom Home builders near me," you get companies that say and are labeled as custom on Google but are not. When I started my journey of looking for a home builder the number one thing I was looking for was to build a unique home that no one else has. Costa made that dream a reality. Upon my first meeting with Tracey and Tony, I knew they were the ones I wanted my home to be built by. They accommodated so much more than I expected from a home builder after talking with many others before them. Everyone else I spoke to always said "No we don't/can't/won’t do that you need to stay close to our blueprints we have" Costa on the other hand said, "Whatever you can think of we can do it."They are always available to answer any questions/concerns you may have at the start of the project and throughout the whole building process. I had never gone a whole day without someone on their team getting back to me about numerous amount of questions I had from start to finish. When building a home there are things I had no idea the purpose of and having the peace of mind to be able to ask the question and get a response in a quick manner was amazing. I heard many times from my friends and family "Building a home must be a nightmare!" or "Aren't you stressed 24/7?" I, however, never once experienced that. “These guys are the best. They installed my furnace back in 2018 and just replaced my AC this year. They work fast and are friendly, fast and professional with reasonable prices. When my furnace went out in February of 2018 we called and they showed up within 2 hours of the call with space heaters in hand, Had my furnace in within a day. They show up when they say they will and do what they say they will. Even saved me money when they fixed an electrical problem I wasn't even aware of at no extra charge. Honest fair and good people, I have recommended them to family and friends and would recommend them to anyone. Great company run by good folks.“

We focused on the truly beautiful cabinetry, but forgot to mention the remodel included under cabinet lighting, quartz countertops, dishwasher, garbage disposal, extensive tile backsplash. oven and new over the oven microwave. Doug expertly dealt with all the plumbing and electrical components along with Blake. Blake went above and beyond, because he was not satisfied with the quarter round base from the flooring installers. He built matching baseboards that elevated the appearance...we did not expect this and he did not charge extra. You can't put a price on dedication and pride...the Caruso team's high standards are priceless.
Thank you again Denny, Doug and Blake. Also thanks to Brendan Caruso for the tour of the impressive manufacturing process on the premises. It feels great to support a local business.

“Mark did a complete gut & renovation of an existing tiny but challenging bathroom plus other smaller projects. This was my 3rd such reno and by far the best experience I’ve had with a contractor. He was reasonably priced and always fair when there was additional work. He’s a skilled craftsman who pays attention to detail which shows in the finish work. He and his small crew were professional, friendly and easy to work with. He is customer focused and a good communicator. He responds quickly, is respectful of your property and is neat.
