“Come try a class and get circus strong!!! I have been taking group fitness classes at this gym for about 2 years. It is both fun and challenging! I’ve never enjoyed a regular gym and I need to trick myself into exercise with things like hiking, bike riding, rock climbing etc. I love taking classes with Kelly, the owner…she is so sweet and funny and her stories distract you from how hard you are working! It really doesn't matter where you are in your fitness journey - F45 is for you. Literally anyone and everyone should do this. It really is life changing. I can almost guarantee it.“
“I have been to three places for therapy in the last five years. To backtrack, I ‘ve suffered several strokes during the years and possibly have unspecified neurological condition. All three eventually told me that they could not help me. When I came Total Performance, Dr. Vasey truthfully told that she could improve my condition albeit it would not lead to perfection. She exceeded my expectations. I used a cane for years due to muscular weakness. She very patiently kneaded problem muscle groupings have resulted in a very marked difference, my cane collection has far lesser use. Kudos to Dr Caitlin!!“
