She was amazing to collaborate with, envision together the same outcome, and flawlessly execute what I wanted my hair to be styled as. I struggled with this in the past because I would never remember to keep using my trays, or I would leave the trays in too long and get burns. There is even variety in their staffing. I'm not talking from male to female, (I haven't seen any male employees), I'm talking about the personalities. They have little fire crackers to laid-back ladies. Everyone is super nice.
