“I had my hair and makeup done at Beth's prior to my engagement photo shoot today. If I could give 100 stars, I would! What a wonderful team they've got here. My hair was done by Angela (possibly Andrea, I'm so sorry I'm terrible at names). She did a fantastic job and was so lovely to talk with and she made the time fly by. It was like chatting with someone I've known forever. I showed some pictures on Pinterest and gave her a general idea of what I wanted, and she truly knocked it out of the park. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a special occasion hair-style. Next I had my makeup done by Sam. She was fantastic! Sam took the time to get to know me and get an idea of the vibe I was going for. We chatted throughout the appointment which made the time fly by (I keep mentioning this because I normally hate sitting for hair/nails/makeup but the staff here really made the entire process so enjoyable!) I appreciated that Sam explained each step of the process in doing my makeup, and let me do mirror checks throughout so I could make changes if needed. I told both stylists that I trusted their vision and I am so glad that I did! I feel that my natural features were able to shine through and I looked like an "upgraded" version of myself as opposed to someone unrecognizable. If you are looking for hair and makeup services, Beth's is a great option with a well-maintained and clean salon, and a FANTASTIC staff!“

“So the only reason I'm giving this 4 stars is because of how busy they are and how long wait times are. That's the major downside. Everything else is amazing. They are a small family owned business. It's literally a husband and wife that do nails so you won't exactly be in and out with only 2 workers. They are very clean, very friendly and professional. The wife does awesome eyebrows and husband does the most amazing and cute designs. Unlike MOST nail salons, they will not deny any special requests for designs. I asked for ninja turtle nails and he took over an hour on my hands and toes not rushing even with a full waiting room. Absolutely love them!“

“First time I was there was great. This time, I showed the nail tech a pretty simple design I wanted on my nails and she said she couldn’t do it. Instead of redirecting me to someone who could because I saw plenty of very difficult nail designs there, I had to just get a plain color. I was so excited to get my nails done with this cute western theme for my 30th birthday trip to Nashville and now I’m beyond disappointed. That’s poor customer service for not trying to accommodate the customerI called back and the manager did offer to redo my nails as she was upset I was not satisfied so I do appreciate that.“
“The person who did my pedicure did a great job and was incredibly friendly. I give four stars for the following reasons - first, the space where they do nails was cold, which is not pleasant when your feet are in water. The pedicure chair was right next to a floor vent blowing out cool air despite it being a chilly day. It’s something a space heater could fix. The other issue is that they don’t have the tools to grind off gel, nor do they use tools to clip cuticles. Evidently this is because they’re not a nail salon and it’s something to do with licensing. My pedicure turned out pretty nice despite this, but the soaking to get my old gel off took well over 20 minutes, and the cuticle clipping is sort of an expectation for a nail job. I understand why they don’t wanna advertise these things, but when expectations that are pretty standard for nails or any service are not met, it’s a little disappointing to find out as you’re having it done.“
