Chuck and the crew responded to my request for a quote in about 20 minutes on a Saturday. “I had my roof replaced a few years ago by a much cheaper company. Rick and his team worked with me on trying to figure out the problem. After everything else not working we had them replace the roof. I tell you no more leaking.“

“Aaron and his team did a phenomenal job with the roof on our house. Previous owners had a subpar roofer put a roof on 14 years ago and they never put in a ridge vent among other installation mistakes. Aaron's team used only the best materials (I'm a contractor so I am particular on material choice) installing WeatherWatch and GAF lifetime shingles. They added a ridge vent and fixed damaged plywood in an area that another roofing company failed to properly address during repair last year. “Great service! We had a very bad storm with high winds that lifted off a portion of our roof ridge. Our neighbor highly recommended Bitner Brothers for fast, quality service. Sure enough, they were able to schedule us in for a quick repair. They reattached the roof ridge and secured anything else that was affected by the storm. I will definitely call them again for any roof repairs.“
