Kevin did an amazing job running new ductwork to our second floor, installing 2 returns, a wifi thermostat, and also a new outside unit! “On Friday July 5th, we had a new HVAC system installed. It wasn't working properly over the weekend, so we had to put in a service call.
The service tech, Mel Perez, told us that he was booked full, but would try and squeeze us in. Mel arrived around 5 PM and quickly figured out what the issue was. Mel replaced and reprogrammed our thermostat, added a little more refrigerant, and we were up and running again.
