“Best place in the area for dental care! The staff is friendly and efficient. Never had to sit in the waiting room for my appointments. The hygienists are awesome! Typically in most dental offices, we don't spend a lot of time with the dentist unless we have issues. This is true here. But if you have a dental emergency, Dr. Cawley is the person to call. I can't say enough about how he spent time after hours to take care of me.“

“I have gone here since a child and now my two boys go. Susan is such a pleasure to have. She takes her time and explains everything she’s going to do to the boys to help them feel less afraid. My youngest had his first appointment the other day here and he was nervous but once he saw his big brother get his teeth cleaned he was super excited. Even gave compliments to the dental hygienist Susan (he’s 3!). Always a pleasure to go in and speak to the staff. I even had to get fillings years ago and my dentist listened to me when I asked he not give me Novacaine since I was nursing and he listen to me and told me just to let him know if he needed to stop. Great stuff and I love that Dr. McCann and Kristen they listen to the patient1/30/24-Dr. McCann and Kristen make a great team. Dr. McCann did awesome with helping my kids feel at ease. Let’s be serious, who can have the whole family laughing while getting fillings?? And I mean laughing! Oh and without laughing gas I should add. He was able to fill both the kiddos cavities without novacaine. Beyond happy with this facility. Also, thank you for allowing the kiddos to hear you tell the gummy dolphin joke to your colleague. “As a parent, you feel like a failure when your child has cavities. Children’s Dental Surgery in Lancaster treated my child and I with kindness and respect every step of the way. They took the time to explain every step to both my child and I. The provider, nursing staff and front desk were all amazing! I would recommend this place to everyone!“

“I neglected my teeth for years and when I finally needed to get on the right path I was afraid of judgement. It started with pain from a tooth that was infected not only did they get me in the same day but there was never any judgment when I told them just how long it had been since I sought dental care.I also have to commend their treatment of your pain, every 10 minutes or so they checked in to make sure I was still feeling numb and comfortable. I tend to start feeling things again after 15 to 20 mins so for a longer procedure it was nice to know if I felt something they would take care of it and therefore makes everything more manageable.I have slowly become ok with going to the dentist. They broke down what I needed to do step by step and never gave me a hard time or made me feel uneasy. I wasn't talked down to because of my lack of care. I would highly recommend them if you too are needing to get your teeth and mouth overall back to where it needs to be.“
