“I have gone here since a child and now my two boys go. Susan is such a pleasure to have. She takes her time and explains everything she’s going to do to the boys to help them feel less afraid. My youngest had his first appointment the other day here and he was nervous but once he saw his big brother get his teeth cleaned he was super excited. Even gave compliments to the dental hygienist Susan (he’s 3!). Always a pleasure to go in and speak to the staff. I even had to get fillings years ago and my dentist listened to me when I asked he not give me Novacaine since I was nursing and he listen to me and told me just to let him know if he needed to stop. Great stuff and I love that Dr. McCann and Kristen they listen to the patient1/30/24-Dr. McCann and Kristen make a great team. Dr. McCann did awesome with helping my kids feel at ease. Let’s be serious, who can have the whole family laughing while getting fillings?? And I mean laughing! Oh and without laughing gas I should add. He was able to fill both the kiddos cavities without novacaine. Beyond happy with this facility. Also, thank you for allowing the kiddos to hear you tell the gummy dolphin joke to your colleague. “Not for young kids. Fine for adults.My husband and I have had alright experiences here and we will continue to go for our own dental care. However, our 2 year old has come twice for her first dental appointments, and Dr. Katz doesn't seem to know how to handle young patients or how to teach and reassure them through their first visits. During the most recent appointment, our daughter was scared and didn't want to let go of me. In the end Dr. Katz turned and walked away saying "have a good day," without any advice for her oral care or trying to end the visit on a positive note. It felt awkward and like a waste of our time. We will try to find a pediatric dentist in the area who is accepting new patients, although that seems hard to find.“

“I want to thank Dr Sipes and his staff for changing my life. That may sound a little cliche, but that is truly what happened.I have struggled with bad teeth my whole life and was never really in a position to fix them. I had broken teeth and was not really able to eat properly. I was losing so much weight and having to overthink every day about what I could and couldn’t eat. On top of that, there wasn’t one day or one event that I had in my life, where I wasn’t worried about the pictures being taken and posted. I was quite literally scared to smile and be happy because I didn’t want there to ever be a picture floating around with my bad teeth. It’s so embarrassing to have dental issues and know that is the first thing people probably notice about you.I was a little stressed going into the office because I had just had an appointment in Philly with a dentist who had a very drab office, but a nice Rolex. He tried to quote me 70k and at one point during the consult, asked me if I had ever done drugs which was the worst feeling.So fast forward to when I walked into Sipes Dental…..I was immediately impressed with the atmosphere. It’s such a beautifully functioning setup with the nicest staff.Dr Sipes explained the entire process to me and answered every question I had. I was definitely nervous, but on the flip side, I felt so comfortable and trusting BECAUSE of how knowledgeable and confident and reassuring Dr. Sipes and his team are. His assistant, Kendall (I believe her name is) was amazing!!I had several appointments over a few months time and everything went exactly how they said it would. Any issues I may have had here or there were resolved easily at the next visit. (Like irritation from a stitch or something)The temporary teeth that were crafted for me were so beautiful, that I didn’t think my permanent set could even BE any better, but they were. I can smile so big and pretty now with my whole face!! ?I will be forever grateful to Dr. Sipes and his entire staff for helping change my life. I am SO happy with my results!!“

“My family began seeing Dr Bell when he opened his practice. Over those years I have had plenty of fillings and several crowns done by him and he has made every visit as comfortable and pain free as I think you possible could. He has a great “chair side manner.” His staff is equally as thoughtful and friendly. He is now slow walking into retirement, which he totally deserves. However, I fear he has set the standard so high that I may never feel as comfortable with any other dentist. He spoiled me!“
