“HEIDI is the optician you want to fit you with the perfect color and shape glasses for the shape of your face. I have visited Heidi for 2 sets of glasses in the past couple of years. I tell her I need a pair, reasonably priced, and have no idea what color or shape I should get. Within 2 minutes, she presents me with a couple pairs.... Then continues to present me with more. However, she critiques each pair, telling me if they don't look as good or better than any others before. We narrow it down to 2 pairs, and I still need Heidi to tell me which is best! “Update 11/3. I decided to try the new doctor in the practice, Dr Nader. Our appointment was at 9:15. She arrived in the office at 9:30. She looked at us in the waiting room and said nothing. When she came out to bring us back a few minutes later, she didn’t say a word about the fact that she was late. I know things happen but would have appreciated at least an acknowledgement given that we were missing school and work. I will stick with Dr Rehak in the future.Previous reviewI have been a patient of Dr. Rehak's for over 15 years. I have recommended Colonial Family Eyecare to many friends. My entire family goes here as well. Dr. Rehak takes his time to explain our eye health. He worked with me to find a lasik provider that would be a good fit for me. I never feel rushed in an appointment or while picking out frames. The staff is all very friendly and knowledgeable. Debby is absolutely amazing. She is always patient and friendly. She knows the insurance plans very well and is always helpful navigating the various plans we have been on.“

“Dr. Deangelis was wonderful. She is actually open on Thursdays late so I could get in after work and I could request an appt online. They sent me a text to confirm appt options and my appt went super smooth. I felt comfortable and well informed. Afterwards Sarah helped me pick out some cute frames(that everyone was very straightforward with what everything I'd want would cost with my insurance) and measure my face and 8 days later I have my new glasses. They feel so good and I can read all the tiny numbers I need to for work. ?“

“I recommend Dr. Fabriziani to everyone who mentions an eye doctor to me. My Boyfriend recommended Dr. Fabriziani to me when I moved to Phoenixville several years ago. I got shingles in 2019 and they were already in my left eye by the time my family doctor diagnosed me. Dr. Fabriziani saw me the very next day and has been taking excellent care of me. I have found him to be an expert when it comes to shingles. He is a caring and compassionate health care professional. He even gave me his cell phone number in case I need him when his office is closed!“

“Fantastic service.Greeted and welcomed when you walk in the door.Very friendly and helpful staff. Exactly the opposite of experience I had at another eye place in Collegeville, so I had low expectations and they far exceeded what I was thinking they would be like.They seem to care about what you need and are very helpful determining what to expect from your glasses. Spent a lot of time going through options and talking about the benefits and downsides of various options.Pleasantly surprised that it was such a great place. I'll be going back.“

“Went for a new customer visit yesterday. Dr. Even was fantastic. She explained the purpose and result of every test she performed, listened to any questions or comments I had, and fully explained my insurance coverage so I knew exactly what I was paying for. Plenty of name brand frames to choose from as well. I couldn’t recommend her more highly. As long as I’m in the KOP area I will visit Dr. Even for my glasses/contacts.“
