“Edward from Clean Air Vent, LLC did an excellent job with cleaning my home’s vents and was as great to work with as his 5-star reviews indicate. He gave me an accurate quote over the phone and the appointment I received was timely. He requested to postpone the first cleaning appointment due to concerns that he would bring dirt into my home because of the bad weather on my first appointment day. I really appreciated his conscientiousness and his willingness to return another day without a long delay. The vent cleaning was completed within 2 hours and I can already notice an improvement in the odor of the air coming from the vents. Edward also left the areas where he worked clean and neat. Overall, his communication and work are excellent and his prices are quite reasonable for the quality of work he does. I have had many difficult experiences with finding reliable service professionals to work on my home. In 2020, they spent a week installing a whole house ductless system, and it was like having friends over. “We have been very pleased with ECS. The staff was very courteous and friendly when installing our heat pumps and in trips back since then. We have one three ton unit, and two smaller ductless units. We had some work done but the parts were covered under warranty and the machines are running well at this time. I'm especially impressed by Andy Sattazahn, our original contact person, who still is extremely helpful for us, answering various heating questions,years after this installation has already been finished. He continues to be pleasant, return our calls, and be very patient while considering and answering our questions.“
