“I have a very old house, 211 years to be exact, a bathroom was added years ago that had and still has lead drain lines. If you have ever seen one, they are connected by a ball of lead soldered around the joint, about the size of a handball. I had a leak from the tub, took the inspection cover off, and behold, it was a plumbing museum! Had a brass drum trap, look that one up, nice heavy brass drainage piping, but it all lead into lead (no pun intended) and it was leaking. I called around specifically looking for plumbers knowledgeable with this old archaic plumbing. Got ahold of Swisher and he described what I was looking at over the phone. They came out, took pictures, sent me a quote, reasonable. Ordered the parts, came out and repaired it. Now it could have been much much worse, had the lead seal busted I would be looking at a bathroom gut job and redo, we are talking at least 10K. So they had a plan, executed and the job is good for my lifetime, the next owner can deal with it!“

“I called Plumbing Solutions at around 4:30 in the afternoon when I discovered a small hole in my refrigerator’s water line, which was causing water to leak down into my basement. I spoke with Greg and he was the only local company willing and able to fit me in that evening to install a new and much stronger water line. He is a really knowledgeable plumber and he takes the time to ensure his work is done right. Had I called a much larger company and deemed it an emergency call, they would have tacked on an additional emergency charge, but he didn’t charge any more than his normal rate, which was more reasonable than other plumbers I have used in the past. I have found my regular plumber for future needs!“

He took the time to resolve an issue I had with some bees in the unit. He also checked the refrigerant and amperage levels to make sure everything was good. I really appreciate the extra time and effort he took to make sure that the unit was working as it’s supposed to. “I had a pipe break between the garbage disposer and wall. I am in the 5th floor of a high rise condo, and it is the owner's responsibility. Stong's team responded immediately, gave me a reasonable window of expectation for the tech to arrive, properly check in at the management office, assess the situation, and bring in all tools necessary for the repair. It was done in the time frame expected, the work was excellent, Grayson the tech was personable, knowledgeable, and respectful. I highly recommend this company.“

“So I usually do a propane exchange at the Wawa. You exchange your 20lb tank for 26 bucks and you get 15lbs of propane. I get it. It’s convenient. County Propane fills you up with 20lbs of propane for a much cheaper price. And you get to support a local company in your community. I wish I would have figured this out sooner. Literally takes less than 5 minutes from paying until you’re back in your car heading home.“
