“The doctors and nurse practitioners are wonderful. The reception staff is often rude and frequently not very professional. One woman acts like she is doing me a favor. I recently went in for an appointment and the doctor wasn’t there. I got a email confirming the appointment. I was told voice mails were left. It was not suggested I reschedule. I checked my phone no voicemails were left. I feel like more attention should be paid to cleanliness. The doors should be cleaned daily. Clearly people are not washing their hands coming or going. The evidence is all over the doors. If not for the doctor and nurse practitioner I’d go elsewhere. I don’t like to leave negative reviews. If it was once or twice I’d ignore it. Some people should not work in the medical field.“

“WOW this place is incredible! My fiancé has been going here for a few years now, and I have been having some serious neck and upper back pain from being an artist full time. “It was not the worst experience, but I honestly was not very impressed. The front desk was very sweet and nice, but Dr. Liu was not very personable. I’m not sure if I was there on a bad day or something because there are so many other good reviews. She did seem very knowledgeable and I’m sure she’s a great acupuncturist. There just was not much communication and she was not very friendly. I expected a little more for being the first time I went to acupuncture. There was not much done on her part in checking in if I was doing ok. For example, when she came back in to remove the needles, she just opened the door without knocking and started pulling them out without a word the during the whole process. From someone who works in the medical field I just expected a little more friendliness and explanation on her part. I wouldn’t discourage people from going, but just be aware of the kind of care you may receive.“
