They were so kind to my daughter as they let her setup her jewelry stand. It was so kind of them and then to watch Dogs and owners come and go with such joy and great care- I realized I had to recommend them. It is one thing to have a nice experience, while it is another to see one after another loyal continued customer come through with a smile. They are a joy and kind hearted. “I love HPI! The customer service is great and the staff will answer any question you have. Everyone who works there is personable and truly loves animals. The place is small and they cap their capacity so I know my pets get as much attention as possible. They take the dogs outside one at a time, so you know your pet is getting the care they need. It's also super clean. The dogs and cats stay in separate, temperature controlled facilities. If there's an emergency, the vet is only feet away. You won't find a better boarding facility!!“

“dr. Ravi accommodated a new patient at the drop of a hat. He checked her thoroughly and lovingly, being sure to note everything in her records. He is indispensable for TNR and rescued cats. I recognize him from when I used to bring ferals for vetting when he was at the SPCA in Philly. I just found out the beautiful mural of the Vet across from the SPCA is him! Dr Ravi is a great man and a wonderful vet!“

“Best groom we have had in the area! Allison and Nancy (who was in training) took incredible care of my dog and gave him a fantastic cut. The communication was top notch as well. My dog had a lot of anxiety getting up on the table and Allison and her team worked through different options to make him feel comfortable so they could proceed with the cut - all while keeping me in the communications loop. I feel lucky that I found a new groomer that I love!“

“Lucky Dog groomed my doodle for the last four years. We loved Amanda and already miss her since we left. My dog always smelled and looked great. I had to switch because the long hours, cash only and needed a place that could also board my dog. I wanted him to get to know the location we’d choose to board him with, it was a hard switch but we are adjusting.“
