Once we decided on what we wanted and signed the contract they gave us an installation date. Their customer service kept us updated throughout the process. This was our second experience with Legacy. Fifteen years ago they installed new windows in our house. It was the same great service that made us use them for our kitchen. They did remind us that if we have any problems with our windows that they have a lifetime warranty. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them. They have been around for quite some time and there customer service is second to none.“
