“I'd highly recommend this business. I was traveling through the area on my way to visit family and friends. I came from central Texas, so I was pretty far from home. During our drive here, both of my pairs of glasses broke. The temples on each pair came apart near the joint. I found Hartzell online, and stopped in on Monday to see if they could be fixed. The woman who was working there couldn't not have been more friendly, polite, or helpful. Neither of my frames are currently made or in stock. That didn't stop her. She was able to find a piece in her spare parts that fit one of the frames. She glued the other. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. The kicker was that she didn't charge me. She said there was no charge for glue, or for spare parts. She wished me well, and sent me on my way. Nothing could have been done differently to make this experience any better. It was perfect, and I am very grateful! I'd leave ten stars if I could.“
“Went by the old location on Hanover St. only to find out they weren't there, but had moved according to Google. We've been using this office for about 4 years now and it would have been nice of them to notify current patients of the office relocation. Most businesses that run by appointment notify their customers/patients of location changes because that is the professional thing to do. This is the only reason I am giving 4 stars.“
