“I was referred to this place from my coworker. I usually never had great experiences with eye doctors. However, this place was wonderful! All of the staff were great. My doctor who did my eye exam was very personable. Then. when i went to pick out a frame, they were so helpful and patient. Now a few months later, my puppy chewed my glasses and they're getting me a new pair. I couldn't be happier!!! THANK YOU GUYS!!“

“This was my first appointment with Dr. Chang and I was greeted with smiling faces when I checked in. I wear contacts and my exam was quick and professional. I received great help from Mary Beth picking out a pair of glasses, and finding frames that looked good on me. I look forward to my next appointment with Dr. Chang and his awesome staff!“

She was very nervous, but everyone was so kind and explained what they'd be doing, any noises she'd hear from any of the machines. Giving her time to ask any questions before starting. Dr. Lisa Cox was wonderful during her exam and explaining everything to her. So happy we went here and I'll now be going here for myself.“

“This doc has saved my eye. I came there as an emergency, whilst other docs have given up on my eye: you have another one, so let this one go - they said. Dr. Tesla, on the contrary, has dropped everything he was doing and, in a series of lightning-speed medical procedures (even working on Saturday!) saved my eye. He is an oldie but a goodie. I am a forever grateful fan!“

“The entire staff here is top notch. I went for an eye exam and left with a new set of daily contacts and eye glasses. Pricing was great considering I get a fresh pair of contacts everyday for the entire year, a new pair of glasses, and had a full exam. The best was that there was no pressure to buy anything and many times the staff would steer me towards a better deal. 5 out of 5, would recommend them to anyone.“

“I can't speak highly enough of this eye office. I called in a couple of weeks ago to schedule a routine eye appointment and they got me in quickly (no needing to book me several months out). I showed up for my appointment and they took me right back to begin my eye exam. I've been going to Mt Lebanon Vision Center for a couple years now and I've always appreciated that they are prompt and on time. All of the staff and also the doctor were extremely helpful, answered my questions, and gave great insights. Truly one of a kind vision center! Highly recommend!“

“It was the only place that would accept my health insurance and they have a variety of glasses. I picked out frames for only $20 and all i had to do was pay $89 for everything. The optometrist was really nice and so was receptionist“

“I just bought a pair of glasses in May from a different company in Pittsburgh. After a few months of wearing them, I went in the store where I bought them from to have them tightened. The lady at the Optical Department had such an attitude & wouldn't attempt to tighten them. She said they were damaged, implied it was my fault, & the only solution was to buy another pair?! I went to Google & was hoping to find a different place that could repair my glasses. I found Eyeglass World & called them. I spoke to Max, who was incredibly kind & said he would try to help. I went in a few days later & saw Max. He fixed them & said I could come back if I needed them tightened again. And whenever I came to Eyeglass World, Max was bogged down with tons of patients. He kept his cool, was very nice, & helpful to each individual! Definitely coming back in the future. THANK YOU =)“

“Been going here since I was younger. Usually went to see Dr.Chang but just have appointments with the optometrists now. The staff is great, easy check in with the employees at the front desk. Papers were easy to fill out after not being at this office for a couple of years due to the pandemic and other reasons. Got taken back almost right away for my appointment. The assistant that did the first part of my exam she was great, very sweet and kind. Good bedside manners for a doctor's office didn’t catch her name but she was great. Then I had my appointment with the optometrist Dr.McBee and he was good also, great bedside manners as well. Knows how to treat his patients correctly. Very calm and he’ll let you know when he’s about to put the eye drops in your eyes to dilate them didn’t have to wait long in the second waiting room. My only complaint is I felt like I was rushed out of the building after my appointment even though I was all set to go. Was kind of odd and a little embarrassing. They didn’t even say if I’ll get a bill in the mail for my appointment or if my insurance would cover the appointment.“
