The doctors are the best. Not only knowledgeable but they also have a very caring manner. The front office staff is efficient, and appointments move along smoothly and quickly. I go to Doctor Schaeder, and she's wonderful, but many family members have also gone to Dr. Chang and he is also an excellent doctor. I highly recommend this group. I've referred friends to them as well.

My wife has called Dr Chang office 3 or 4 times in the last 3 weeks to get an appointment for her and I in Scott township office....All we get is a recording to leave a name and phone number and we will contact you within 24 hours.... We are still waiting for return call....Are they still in business....Inquiring minds want to know....I would hate to try to find another great Dr Chang and his associates....

The experience was professional, yet personal as well. These folks are friendly and accommodating. They made it clear that if any time during the process I was uncomfortable in the least, I was to let them know. The procedure, although lengthy was not uncomfortable the results were great!
