“I highly recommend this daycare. They hold meetings to discuss how to handle dogs or interactions with dogs. They divide dogs up based on play style (to my understanding). The staff are knowledgeable. They are skilled with reactive dogs and other types. Staff and the owner are all wonderful people. This is by far the best daycare.“

“My husband and I adopted our 7 month old puppy Reggie right before Christmas, and knew we needed some help pretty much immediately. He was such a sweet boy, but had no "off" switch. He was very toy fixated and would nip and bite at us when he was frustrated from not getting what he wanted. No amount of stern "no's", or pretend yelping helped him calm down. It was clear that he was having trouble self regulating.We started with 3 weeks of day training in Old City, and we quickly saw so much progress that I didn't think was possible.We ended up opting for the full 6 week program, and it was such an easy choice to make, after seeing how much Reg was getting out of the classes. He was able to release his toys on command now and turn his brain off of the fixation from the toy to us when we asked. He learned how to quickly go from play, to relaxation, and we saw a huge improvement on his impulse control skills.Plus we were learning just how much rest and sleep this poor puppy really was needing on a daily basis in order to make better decisions during waking hours.Our trainer, Britt, really is the best kind of dog trainer there is. She's so incredibly knowledgeable, and compassionate. She looped us in every day about Reggie's progress, and I always looked forward to her daily updates and videos. Our 1:1 classes gave us so much clarity on what they were working on, and how to level up at home. She was always willing to answer our questions, and when I would over-fixate on socializing him with other dogs (trauma from owning a reactive dog for years before), she explained how socialization really means neutrality. It was a big learning experience for our whole family, not just the pup!We are officially an OpBarks family through and through, and I will always recommend them to anyone with a dog. Reggie might have graduated, but he'll always be a return customer, leveling up as he gets older and wiser.“

“They have been so great and patient with our boy Arlo. He is a high energy and anxious dog, which could make him difficult to manage. They have done amazing job making sure he has a great time while also ensuring he isn't getting overstimulated. They also take the best photos and leave cute updates. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking into doggie day care.“

“I was referred to Bark Park by Stray cat relief fund for my poor Kitty who had such terrible matts it was causing him pain. ?

They did an amazing job and even took me in when they were overwhelmed and super busy. Which I'm sure lasagna ( the cat) appreciated! I know I did.

They did the best they could to not make him look ridiculous, and then went over and above by dropping him off at my place of business because they were unable to take him right away.

“I’ve only been a member of this dog training club for about 6 months, although I have been training my dogs for over 20 years. I am very impressed with the different classes offered and the quality of the instructors. Due to the training and influence of the instructors, I am now training in agility at United Dog in a class taught by an instructor who also teaches at Suburban. My dog is busy and soooooo happy!“

“We started bringing our 11 month old golden retriever to bark u a few months ago. Each time we pick him up he is absolutely exhausted, and if you know a holden puppy that’s 100% the goal :)

Bark U is a beautiful facility full of friendly faces who clearly take into account what each dog needs while they’re with them. The add on offerings are great, he loves the splash pad so much and it’s really fun to get to see pictures of his day.

I feel very safe leaving our boy in the care of the bark u staff and even drive 45 minutes each way to drop off and pick up, when there are other options much closer. Taking into account having to get on the turnpike at rush hour should tell you all you need to know! Worth every moment spent in traffic so our boy gets to have a fun day at bark u! Enjoy a picture of the aftermath - asleep in the car before I get out of the parking lot!“

“Asked Jim pretty last minute to see my cat when we went away for for a week. He came over the next day, got oriented, and then checked on her every day for a week. Rates seem fair, he played with her, did litter and food and brushing. Seemed to look for things to do for my cat. Will use again and do recommend.“

“I would highly recommend going to Cats Only Vet Hospital! Dr. Ask and his staff by far are the best! They are very compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. “dr. Ravi accommodated a new patient at the drop of a hat. He checked her thoroughly and lovingly, being sure to note everything in her records. He is indispensable for TNR and rescued cats. I recognize him from when I used to bring ferals for vetting when he was at the SPCA in Philly. I just found out the beautiful mural of the Vet across from the SPCA is him! Dr Ravi is a great man and a wonderful vet!“

“I love HPI! The customer service is great and the staff will answer any question you have. Everyone who works there is personable and truly loves animals. The place is small and they cap their capacity so I know my pets get as much attention as possible. They take the dogs outside one at a time, so you know your pet is getting the care they need. It's also super clean. The dogs and cats stay in separate, temperature controlled facilities. If there's an emergency, the vet is only feet away. You won't find a better boarding facility!!“
