“On Friday July 5th, we had a new HVAC system installed. It wasn't working properly over the weekend, so we had to put in a service call.
The service tech, Mel Perez, told us that he was booked full, but would try and squeeze us in. Mel arrived around 5 PM and quickly figured out what the issue was. Mel replaced and reprogrammed our thermostat, added a little more refrigerant, and we were up and running again.
We really appreciate the quick and courteous service. Mel was very professional and knowledgeable about th unit. He really went out of his way to make things right. I hope his supervisors see this review and appreciate his hard work and dedication.

“Installers phoned ahead. Arrived when expected. Used material to protect wooden floors. Two men worked as a team, no standing around idle. Due to narrow doorways they removed handles the took old refrigerator out, placing it in the basement as my backup. Then efficiently installed the new refrigerator, discussed the value of an extended warranty and provided instruction on temperature settings and filter replacements. A fantastic experience!“

The people who came that night were husband and wife and the owners of the company.
