“We hired Advanced Mold Diagnostics to inspect our newly purchased home. They were prompt, professional and extremely detail oriented. They looked at every square inch of house and found what the source of our mold problems were. They gave my husband and I so much information about building that I felt like I was taking an engineering course.
We also hired them to inspect our stucco and find out why the windows were leaking. After nearly four hours and a very thick report we found the stucco wasn't put on correctly and needed to be fixed.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. These guys are experts at figuring out whats wrong and how to fix it.“

Like many homes in the area, age has caused everything in our house, including floors, walls, and door openings, to go slightly off-kilter. David is always keenly aware of the special issues that an older home presents when repairs or renovations are involved. He replaced our ugly, drafty, metal front door with a beautiful triple pane glass and wood door; he patiently figured out how to hang the new door properly in our slanted door opening. He also replaced a slipshod folding closet door that had been installed during an earlier renovation with a set of bespoke solid wood doors. David seems to take great joy in tracking down the perfect crystal doorknob or time-period appropriate moulding to make our house look its best. (He is also good at reparing damage inflicted on that beautiful moulding by exuberant puppies). I highly recommend David!“

“Highly recommend these folks. A very big undertaking in a unique, old house where the initial ask was to take down the drop ceiling, install a new ceiling, and paint. They were very accommodating with a last minute ask of demo and replacing/ reconstructing drywall to better accommodate cabinetry, found a few areas where the previous owners cut corners (thereby exposing safety risks) and addressed them! Previously, the main bedroom area looked sad (like a bed in an old office because of the dropped ceiling) now this room is so beautiful, I feel the house has been significantly upgraded, and I am so proud to walk people through this area.“

The technician, Josh, was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, very patient at explaining everything to us and answering all our questions. We couldn't be happier with Josh. The report was thorough and clearly explains which actions we need to take to fix our current problems and prevent potential new ones. The only tiny complain is that the report was later than they promised, and we had to ask a couple of times, but the office was responsive and professional. ServiceMaster came out right away and got the water cleaned up and got the mitigation squared away immediately. When it was time for the restoration work to begin, they were fast, professional, communicative, and did a great job. Within seven days, carpentry/drywall work was done, flooring was done, and painting was done. At one point, we hit a snag with a leaky pipe, and rather than telling me that I had to have a plumber come out, the project manager came out and took a look at it himself, and was able to easily resolve the issue, without the need for the added expense of a plumber, which appreciate beyond words. They were absolutely wonderful, and though I hope I never find myself in a situation in which I need them again, they are who I would call, in a heartbeat.“
