They were communicative, friendly, they coordinated everything including getting the dumpster and gave me a whole new roof in one day. They took pictures and video of parts of the roof i could not see directly. Hurricane Deb came and went and the roof performed perfectly. “I called Homecraft after i had other highly publicized home improvement companies over to evaluate replacing my cellar door.
When their estimates came in way beyond anything i expected i kept searching and finally found Homecraft.
Homecraft came over to look at my job and said no problem. We can fix your door and here’s what it will cost. It was much less than the big-name outfits. Homecraft gave me a list of people in the neighborhood who had used them and i was able to visit two customers on my block. Their doors were very nice quality and both neighbors said the installers were great to work with! I accepted my bid and got things rolling. I later had to ask Homecraft to manage my installation due to planned vacation and no problem!
My door was installed this week by Peter and he did a fabulous install. I am very pleased with these guys and would recommend them to anyone who wants an excellent product installed by a great company. Thanks Homecraft!“
