“Bonner recently replaced our roof. They did a great job. We got metal for the pent roof across the front of the house. There was a small issue with part of it and, no questions asked, they replaced part of it the very next day. They really mean it when they say the job isn’t done until the customer is completely happy. I got four estimates and their price was competitive. Their professionalism (office staff, sales, project manager) was very much appreciated.“
“Our project was extensive, the renovation of two bathrooms, a powder room, and a laundry room. It involved completely tearing out the old bathrooms and starting over new. We can't speak highly enough about our experience from beginning to end. The work was high quality and done with attention to not only the look of the rooms but also the utility of the underlying plumbing and electrical systems for good functionality. The smallest details were paid attention to and the few issues that cropped up were taken care of right away. “Another superb roofing job completed this month (Feb 2024) by Kaller roofing crew: Rich, Carlos, Charlie, and Angel! They replaced the flat deck portion of our roof, which was major undertaking, including a new skylite, two venting units, and replaced numerous hip ridge tiles. Their workmanship and professionalism were amazing. The work was completed in a week. They had to haul 6 layers of roofing. They left our property in a clean condition. Overall, every experience that I had had with roofing work done by Kaller has been great!“

“We recently had our shingles and decking replaced on our home in Chadds Ford by Impriano Roofing and were fortunate to have Christian and his crew do the job. They showed up on time, worked fast, and were meticulous about their work. They took great care to assure our landscaping would not be affected by debris and left the property free of any and all roofing materials. While replacing the decking, any and all structural issues discovered were properly addressed to assure our new roof would last for years. If it’s possible to request an installation crew, you should request Christian and his crew. We highly recommend them.“

However, the owner was very nice to communicate with me for about 10 minutes, listening to my problems, providing helpful professional insight and explaining some basic/essential rules of attic ventilation.I feel the owner is very professional and can identify the root of the problem quickly.“

“We recently had our roof replaced by Walker. They did a phenomenal job. We found a leak in our roof so, it was something that needed to be done ASAP. They were able to schedule us very quickly. It was a big job replacing all the wood and shingles. It took 2.5 days and the job was done. We've used them in the past for siding and we were happy with their work. I would 100% recommend them.“

“Ed Callahan remodeling replaced a leaky skylight and repaired a couple of vent pipes on the roof. This was by far one of the better experiences with getting repair work done on the house. They communicated very well - and the estimator showed up on time, was very nice, and provided a very reasonable estimate the next business day. Ed worked with my schedule to get a crew out the next week I called, and they showed up on time, and were done early! The one guy Sean I worked with was very professional, and offered to take his shoes off in the house (very much appreciated). The new skylight looks great, and they crew did a great job at cleaning up - there was no trace of any debris or anything in the yard. In addition, they added trim to the new skylight and patched the drywall, which looks very nice. A very professional job indeed - and I will be calling them for any future repair needs!“

The process was thoroughly explained to us and we received guidance on how to handle any situation throughout the whole process. We did not expect a project of this size to go so smoothly from start to finish. We have already discussed this project with our friends and we give your company the highest recommendation. One of the most surprising parts of the transaction was the communication we received from your company about the supplemental insurance claim that needed to be handled. We had already approved payment from the finance company for the entire project and you had your money, but when we had questions, we still received a quick response. We appreciate everything your entire team did throughout this process. We feel we must also inform you that the subcontractor (La Bendicion Construction) you used could not have been better. They were polite and professional the entire time and we were very impressed with their efforts to complete the job in 1 day and they had to finish in the rain. They did an excellent clean up job and we have not had a single nail in our vehicle tires since they left.
