“From the beginning, this company was upfront and responsive. When Kevin and Steve arrived to clean my new home, they were communicative, professional, thorough and attentive. They cleaned exactly what I wanted, got to the edges of the carpet (I checked!) informative about other services they offer (but not pushy), and friendly. I was thrilled they could clean couches too- they removed the cushions and all sides were cleaned. They shared their cell phone number the morning of and said I could reach out any time. “The service was awesome! We used it to clean the carpets for my new house, and they came earlier then they were scheduled and were done before the appointment time! It was great! They were super nice and very respectful. Would definitely use again!
