Usually when a stranger comes in your home you feel strange and uptight but I was none of those things! I felt like i knew her for years even though I just meet her! “From the beginning, this company was upfront and responsive. When Kevin and Steve arrived to clean my new home, they were communicative, professional, thorough and attentive. They cleaned exactly what I wanted, got to the edges of the carpet (I checked!) informative about other services they offer (but not pushy), and friendly. I was thrilled they could clean couches too- they removed the cushions and all sides were cleaned. They shared their cell phone number the morning of and said I could reach out any time. “ServiceMaster By Artec is absolutely the company that I would recommend to anyone in need of restoration work. I had a plumbing issue that led to a much larger issue. ServiceMaster came out right away and got the water cleaned up and got the mitigation squared away immediately. When it was time for the restoration work to begin, they were fast, professional, communicative, and did a great job. Within seven days, carpentry/drywall work was done, flooring was done, and painting was done. At one point, we hit a snag with a leaky pipe, and rather than telling me that I had to have a plumber come out, the project manager came out and took a look at it himself, and was able to easily resolve the issue, without the need for the added expense of a plumber, which appreciate beyond words. They were absolutely wonderful, and though I hope I never find myself in a situation in which I need them again, they are who I would call, in a heartbeat.“
