“The crew did wonderful job. They where very fast and efficient. What seemed like a blink of an eye the old siding was down and the new siding was up. The team also was wonderful when it was discovered that an issue came up with my tv and internet cable. Working together with my telecom provider the team assisted in a new cable being run and completely hidden behind the new siding.“

“I seriously couldn't recommend Paul Davis enough. Our basement flooded from an exploded water heater, and this team turned an awful situation into something we lost little sleep over. They are inedible, especially Mark (the Mitigation team), Les (the rebuilding team), and Ken (the adjuster). Everyone was incredibly nice, including all of the people and teams they worked with. “This company replaced my roof in 2021. I thought everything was done correctly until we developed mold in our attic and were notified that the roof was not properly ventilated. This is also a requirement of the roof warranty so I'm assuming my warranty is void. Mold was remediated and I have called to see if they can help with the ventilation situation. 4 phone calls over the last few weeks, no response.

If you decide to use this company, hope that you dont have a problem after. They will never return your call.

Update: I was able to get in contact with our previous project manager from USA Roofmasters. He was responsive and set up for a crew to come out and install the proper inflow ventilation. It may have taken a while, but they did make it right in the end.“

“Mark 1 rebuilt our home after a house fire and they did a great job. The quality of the work is outstanding, especially the finish work like the tile work, wood flooring, painting, cabinet installation, etc. We've now been through a renovation with our vacation home in another state, which was a nightmare, so now we realize how lucky we were to have Mark 1. The only negative is that it took twice as long to move back in as originally estimated, but I'd been warned by others that contractors always underestimate the time it will take for the work so we were prepared for that. With regard to the other reviews, people either give a 1 or a 5 so it makes me wonder if there is an A team and a B team and I happened to get the A team. I'm very grateful.“
