The best aspects of Disaster Solutions are their people, and how quick they get things done. They are very organized in their planning which is an asset. And with Chris being our main contact, who exuded knowledge and experience, we were confident the complicated roof replacement (with solar panels taken off and back on) was in good hands. The quality of the work was excellent with minimal disruption to us as homeowners. Mark, one of the owners, was also very competent and with both him and Chris, we were kept up to date and informed. Disaster Solutions and their team did exceptional work on my roof. From the initial consultation to the final touches, the professionalism, expertise, and dedication by your crew have been truly outstanding.I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone in need of roofing. I was particularly impressed by their commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Mark and Brian were great. It took several months for insurance to approve repair of our hail damage, and they helped me throughout the process. Despite my insurance saying repeatedly there was no hail damage, they eventually agreed to provide a third party inspection who agreed with the Disaster Solutions findings. Once approved, they did great work in a short amount of time. Would definitely recommend them!
