They listened to our goals and led us in the right direction without pushing a sale. All communication and service were prompt. The installation team worked hard to pull and dispose of the existing carpet, level the floor, and install ~500 sq ft of vinyl tile with quarter round edging, all within one day. The room looks stellar! When the job was complete, we mentioned to Eric that we were looking for an area rug and he kindly gave us a nice area rug that was left over from a previous job free of charge. Not only did the guys arrive on time every day but they communicated with us about each step of the process each day. We are very happy with the work and the amount of time it took to complete the project. Alpine did a great job building a containment area around the stairs where the sanding was completed. “I'm not sure what all the negative comments are about but I can only imagine they're mostly from painters that are pretty self-absorbed and don't do a good job. They have a capacity to complain that's unmatched. My experience is that the guys that work here are way more professional than most painters I've met. They go above and beyond and do the necessary things to make a job look like a 10. The ownership is also very professional and take care of their guys. Only a few months on the job and I can't believe what we do to make customers happy it's way above and beyond.“
