He is willing to modify any treatment that you are not comfortable with, but is clear what his preferential treatment is. He and his techs keep you cost updated as you go, which is incredibly helpful. The visit is followed up with a complete summary via email, and any questions you have can be texted or emailed in return. A follow up visit is scheduled, and everyone is accessible anytime that you have questions. Highly recommend!!!“

“I have been to many vets over the years with my dogs and Ark Animal Hospital is by far the best. First of all, it is very easy to make an appointment and, if it is urgent, they will fit you in as soon as possible. Once we get there, we never have had to wait more than 5 minutes until.my dog is taken into room. My dog is very selective with other dogs ,so, instead of waiting in their waiting room, we call them when we arrive and someone comes out to get us and walks us in a through a side entrance so we don't have to encounter any other animals. The vet techs are always very caring and gentle. We have been seeing Dr. Seymour for the 5 years that we have been going to Ark, She is extremely knowledgeable, caring and friendly and diagnosed our dog recently with a torn ACL as soon as she examined him and referred him for surgery, which was very successful. We have also used other vets there when Dr. Seymout was not available and they were wonderful too. I highly recommend Ark Animal Hospital.“

When I walked in last minute last night with Eloise, I was hyperventilating (of course) they re-assured me that everything will be okay and they jumped into action. Heather gave me a big hug, Kim stayed with me while they took her to the back, and Rebecca checked with me to make sure myself and Eloise were doing okay. “We switched vets because this is much closer to our home. So far every visit has been smooth and also affordable! Our chow Sandy had a dental with 11 teeth removed…much needed! We plan on switching the rest of our crew over as well! One important factor I love is they require you to call when you arrive. Rose helped us at the store, also very sweet and nice to myself and my dog. My dog needed to see the vet before getting his rabies vaccine. He was given a quick look over and they provided me with advice on any issues. The Veterinarian briefly spoke with me after the check up- she was nice.
