“Give these ppl ALL your plumbing, sewer, and drain service needs!!! My husband and I cannot say enough good things about this business. Both Mark (sp?) and Paul provided us with exemplary service. Mark came out on a *holiday weekend*, (which is always when things break down, right?), and drew up a plan of action, which he promptly kept! I now have a new tank, new pump, and--most importantly--running water! I am composing this not even 48 hours after the issue crept up. They came out to my house today and understood all of the issues with my system (which I consider complicated, to him it was basic) within 30 seconds. He stayed to talk me through how to prevent the issue going forward and to point out another problem he saw and recommend a heating company to help. “Water heater sprung a leak on Saturday morning, called Lincoln who quickly scheduled the replacement for first thing Monday morning. Josh & Chase arrived on time and promptly and professionally installed the new Lochinvar gas heater and corrected some sloppy vent work from another contractor. They completed the job quickly in a little over 2 hours leaving the work area cleaner than when they started. The cost for parts and labor were surprisingly reasonable considering the economy and the quick turn-around not to mention Lincoln's 6 year warranty above and beyond. “I had to have all my duct work moved and relocated in my basement to allow for more height in the area that I was finishing off for living space. Douglassville Mechanical was just Awesome. Can’t say enough about this company! From the beginning Dave and Tyler made feel confident and at ease with having this work done. It came out amazing and I now have a new family room, bathroom, laundry room with higher ceilings and new duct work relocated to the back portion of my basement which is utility area.
