Floor install systems refinished our floors and sanded and stained our staircase and rails. After a few days the Wood filler that was used on the stairs became visible. Immediate attention was provided and the stairs were fixed without any hassle. We are so pleased with the floors and stairs

The workmanship and the quality of the workers was A++. My job was very hard because I am in a high rise and there are a lot of rules and regulations that need to be followed. The owner knew how to handle everything that was needed. My job was even harder because we were living in the space which was tight and somehow they made everything work. On top of it I provided the material ( which might not have been the way to go ) and some came in broken. They came back and had to bring all the tools back again and did not charge extra. They did a perfect job with the molding which is very hard in this building because the walls are not straight and there are hardly any studs. I do not know how they did it but it looks amazing. I would use them again and tell all my friends.
