Luis responded the next day to my request for an estimate, which is unheard of today! His pricing was fair for the scope of the work. Luis was so easy to work with and worked within my timeframe. Once the carpet was taken up, I did need to purchase new flooring for some areas and Luis worked with me to select the proper flooring and the stain. The repair work that was needed and completed especially on my steps was superb!

“Hired Dan to refinish our poorly coated maple floors and to repair areas where we had demolished substructures of the house. Stopped by the shop to consult with him and he quickly recommended the cheaper option of refinishing rather than installing all new flooring. His team was quick and efficient, working around us as we remained living in the home. He does four coats of water-based polyurethane and the finish is excellent. I had a few questions after the work was done and he gladly stopped by the property to consult and even fix little areas that required attention. “We hired the Floor and Wall Guys to replace our floor on the main level and move our laundry to the second floor. We were thinking of just moving the washer and dryer in this process but Dave gave us a great floor plan for a full laundry room.

Dave and his team were detail oriented, upfront about issues they encountered, and provided us with great upgrades to our home. During the first day of demolition they found an issue with a sinking sub floor and they worked over a weekend to fix the floor and provide us with a safe and up to code floor!
