“Hired Dan to refinish our poorly coated maple floors and to repair areas where we had demolished substructures of the house. Stopped by the shop to consult with him and he quickly recommended the cheaper option of refinishing rather than installing all new flooring. His team was quick and efficient, working around us as we remained living in the home. He does four coats of water-based polyurethane and the finish is excellent. I had a few questions after the work was done and he gladly stopped by the property to consult and even fix little areas that required attention. Dan has decades of experience with flooring in Philadelphia and has even refinished multiple floors on boathouse row. Would definitely recommend using Dan and Keystone Flooring.
