I have been working with John Colon @ TSS for years. Up until recently everything was great. We decided to add some additional cameras and a security access system. We put down a deposit of almost $17000 for this project. John started the camera part of the job but has not returned to finish. He did not start any part of the security access system. I have been trying to call and text him for week with no response. Be very careful. I was not at all expecting this from John Colon.
Very rude service, phone number does not work half the time and after attempting to get a reply on a promised install date/time the installer never showed up or contacted us. Only after constant email he told us he did not want nor need our business. Look elsewhere for camera installation!
Best company out in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Willing to travel To you. Always on time always clean job and if anything goes wrong when they are not around it’s so easy to communicate with John. Thank you TSS i highly recommend them! ??
