I can't say enough good things about Monk's Security and always recommend Monks. After my home was broken into, I had several companies come to give estimates on putting a security system in. Bill Monk was the "only" person who listened to my concerns and what I felt I best needed to feel secure. The other companies only wanted to put minimum security measures for a higher price. The techs did an excellent job installing. The monitoring company is right on top of things. Today I called the office early for a replacement battery and it was dropped off at my job before I got to work. Great service. Thanks Bill. L. Curtis

I have had four security companies at different homes over the years and Monks is the best I have worked with. They installed a security system in a new home we built. I might have given them four and a half stars rather than five for a couple of minor things one of their installers did, but overall I have found them to be knowledgeable, professional and focused on customer satisfaction.I am very pleased with the Honeywell system they installed. Bill Monk was always willing to answer questions and went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the final result. I am also impressed with the company they have monitoring the alarm system. Monks Security Systems is a smaller Family owned Business. They take pride in customer service and appreciates our business. Their installation and monitoring services are great! Couldnt be happier with this company!
