Dealing with J&D has definitely been the best experience I've ever had with a repair service of any kind. I had a problem with my microwave and called J&D. They diagnosed the problem over the phone, ordered the part that was needed and delivered and installed the part in record time, all the while keeping me up to date on what was happening with regards to my order. I, too, have used J & D Elec & App here in Allentown for small repairs on my washing machine and to repair a wire on my gas stove. Have used them for the last 5-7 years. Always easy to get an appt in a day or two. Always on time, prices are reasonable. Very knowledgeable. Even recommended them to my sister in Whitehall. Call them; you won't be disappointed.
