The Refrigeration Department at K&D Factory Service has always been very personal and responsive whenever we had an issue with our equipment. Even during these difficult times with the lack of available parts & equipment, their knowledge and resourcefulness has helped save us money. The Harrisburg, PA refrigeration manager, Matt, is absolutely great and always goes out of his way to make sure his customers are satisfied with the work being done. I would definitely recommend K&D Factory Services for all of your HVAC-R needs!!!

Technician, Chad, was great! He was on time, very respectful, and answered all our questions. He went above and beyond to resolve our problem.Great guy!! I would recommend using K&D Factory Services.

In 1945, just as the US was celebrating victory in World War II, two businessmen came together with a purpose. Bill Kraft and Spark Dixon partnered up to form K&D, a clock repair business. Repairing clocks in residential kitchens quickly turned into repairing residential kitchen equipment. As the business continued to grow, Bill sold his share of the business; Spark wanted to maintain brand recognition and kept the K&D name.
