Store Manager Stephanie took great care of me, selling me two pairs of glasses with discounts galore and a GREAT insurance policy that will take the pain out of my inevitable, inadvertent destruction of my hapless spectacles. I’m sure Target didn’t lose money on me; the house usually wins, but I feel like I got a really good deal on two great pairs of glasses, my needs were esoteric, and Stephanie helped me very quickly and efficiently My eyesight is complicated. I’d go back in a heartbeat, and encourage you to be a customer if you’re in the market. I’ve been a fan of Target. Today I became more of one.“

“I had an exam and ordered contact lenses, when I came to pick up the contact lenses I had an issue where my insurance wasn't coming up as covered. The woman who helped me told me that only my exam was covered and that I needed to contact my insurance company. When I contacted the insurance company they told me I was correct, I get a credit towards my contact lenses themselves and they contacted the vision center to provide an override code for whatever was happening. I came back into the center a day later and I was running late, with only a few minutes to closing Julian was happy to help me. Julian persisted at finding the root of the issue behind why the insurance benefits weren't showing up to begin with and he was able to figure everything out, was able to get everything squared away and did it with a positive attitude and smiles. In a vision center of mediocrity- Julian is a shining star, if anything he will be the sole reason I return to the vision center.“
