I’m a client of Caregivers Of America. They do not pick up the phone. Apparently the lines are always busy no matter what time of the day you call. They handle mishandled my daughter in laws hours and didn’t pay her the full amount.

Sent a Home Health Aide to our house without notifying us. She admittedly said that she doubted she would be my mother's health aide since her schedule was full and she didn't know why they sent her. She wasted an hour and a half of our time learning my mom's routine although she didn't perform any services. Then we were charged 36.00 for this mistake!!

First off. The caregiver they send only takes the time to shower and dress her client. The rest of the time shes on her phone. And problem is they never take the time to call and let you know when the caregiver cant make it until after they are due to show up. I highly recommend you DONT use this company.
