the worst place to work, there is no good communication, the case coordinators are a joke, they love to play with the money and the effort of the caregivers' work, you have to be aware of the payments because they don't pay you the right amount sometimes. they never answer the phone, Nyra is the most uneducated person I have ever met in my life, she has no manners and she dresses like she is in her living room, she loves to speak badly to the clients and on top of that she loves to talk about others. that place used to have better management, and they don't like to pay more than $12 an hour.

One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. I have had numerous aids. All who leave. There is no communication whatsoever. The case manager is horrible at communicating and doing her job.

I’m a client of Caregivers Of America. They do not pick up the phone. Apparently the lines are always busy no matter what time of the day you call. They handle mishandled my daughter in laws hours and didn’t pay her the full amount.
