We have had Home Instead since 2018. My husband is disabled from MS and an amputation. As the MS get worse it's harder to care for him alone. Home Instead has helped a lot. I had abdominal surgery and they helped me as well. Our current caregiver is Carol. She is wonderful. Always helpful, caring and kind. We would be lost without her. ?
Our overall experience with Home Instead over the past two and a half years was very positive in caring for my Mother who was battling Parkinson’s. Especially when we had an abrupt change in care needs this past August. The Team worked with us to adjust quickly to what my Father needed to continue to care for my Mother at home. The Caregivers were knowledgeable and prepared and able to support my Father in caring for Mom.
Home Instead Senior Care of Lehigh County provided care for my father, an amazing man who happened to have Parkinson's Disease. Our Home Instead Caregivers cared for dad with the dignity and the respect that I desired and he deserved!This group of Home Instead Senior Caregivers and office staff made it possible for me to help my dad stay at home where he wanted to be! Their primary goals were to give dad care with dignity, respite and assist for my mom as it got harder for her to care for him, and peace of mind for me when I couldn't be there all the time.We could not have honored my dad's wish to be home without the help of Home Instead!
