“My 90 year old mother confusingly purchased a Groupon for me but somehow it was purchased from the Bogo that had closed down. My mom was very confused as she got a text from customer service that was very misleading. I went to the Clackamas Bogo that I frequent at times when I’m here visiting from Iowa. The sweetest most accommodating employee there helped me with my issue. She’s never intimidating and she always has a smile for her customers. I’m not gonna lie, I contemplated purchasing anything more at any Bogo, but it is employees such as Ayana that MAKE A POSITIVE DIFFERENCE! Any service I purchase will definitely be from her! “I have been going to this location off an on for years. Today when I came in Alexis went above and beyond, I asked about the free month since it had not been put toward my account when I signed up (I just decided to start tanning again after a year break) She spent the whole time I was in the salon reaching out to higher ups to get it fixed. Unfortunately I came in after they had gone home for the day, but she reassured me she had left voicemails along with sending an email to get it fixed. She offered me nose plugs, chapstick, a hair net and a hair tie and eye covers. when I went into the spray tan booth, I have only ever been given a hair net. I told her I didn’t know I could get these products annd why did I need eye covers? and she said I should be given them every time and instructed me on why I would need them and the benefits to using them. I am super thankful for these since it always goes in my nostrils and my lips are always died. She was attentive, super friendly and really went above and beyond for me tonight. I really appreciate this since it’s my kid free 10 minutes a day I get every few days it means so much to be treated so wonderful.I don’t always put reviews out there but when someone stands out and really makes you leave feeling like they cared then a review is warranted. She definitely deserves to be noticed.“

Welcomed to come tan. The rooms and lobby is clean and with odor. The wait is normally very minimal.“

“Anna is always great. I will keep coming back to see her! I never get super complicated nails, I'm more basic but always get brights or pinks, but she is great at doing what your inspo is! The Diamond gel is so pretty too. Will be getting more of that in the future!“
