“We were experiencing a leak behind a section of our gutters in our atrium, over which there is a floating roof with four posts. One roofing company came out to evaluate the situation, indicated it was a faulty gutter issue, and that we should have a new roof. We then brought out a gutter company, which indicated it was not a gutter issue, and was in fact a roofing issue, and they recommended Gregg Roofing. The owner, Kevin, came out and, after a very thorough evaluation, identified the problem and the needed repairs, along with some other recommended preventative measures.
