“In April 2022 I began researching ductless systems for my industrial space, and because my local PUD's list of qualified contractors included Ductless-By-Design, I began working with Andrew to schedule site visits, he helped me learn about the process to apply for rebates, and after over a year of planning, budgeting and rebate applications, the Daikin system was miraculously installed in a single day by Andrew, Danny, Alex and Reid.They had to drill two 3" openings 15' feet up a 12" thick concrete wall, they had to run over 20 feet of line to one of the units, and because I'm germ phobic they did all that work wearing booties!!! “Had a water main break & water shut off by city. They were here in 45 minutes, dug about 1 1/2 ft to find the leak, then dug out all around the break in the water main to repair it. Work was finished in 2 hours, only $10 for part, and very reasonable hourly rate. Will definitely call them again if we have any other plumbing issues arise.“

“Jet is right down the street from my house - like only about a mile away - so I contacted them for a few small electrical issues. I thought maybe they would be too big for my piddly little things -but not so! They have been super helpful and responsive. A couple of months back Tony replaced a wall heater and converted a fluorescent garage light fixture to LED. Today he came to replace my bathroom fan switch/timer. In the past I've dreaded calling for this type of thing because it seems like whenever something needs fixing in this old (1940s) house there's always some weird obstacle complicating matters. But not so with Tony - he gets the job done quickly and professionally and that's it! Nothing for me to worry about - just takes care of it and puts my mind at ease. He's also really nice and polite and patient with all of my questions :) I appreciate him so much! I haven't met Shawn, the electrical services manager, but I text him what I need and he's very responsive and gets me scheduled right away. I also had the pleasure of having Anthony help me with a breaker issue last winter when it was snowy and icy and I wasn't sure if I could get anyone to come. He had to come twice that day and was super helpful and also patient like Tony :) Thanks so much guys!! It's really a game changer to not be fearful and worried about having to call an electrician. You're the best :)“

Our tech, Armando, worked hard all day and didn’t leave our home until it was finished at 8:30 PM! He made sure our house was cooling before he left.
