I had my heat pump go out and called Best and am very glad I did. I weighed my options on repairing the old heat pump or replacing it with a new one. After I had Best come out for a quote, I thought I might as well check with two other Heating and Cooling companies give me a quote as well. Besides being way more expensive quotes from the other outfits they tried pushing a new furnace that I didn't need. Best Heating and Cooling never pushed anything on me that I didn't want or need. They gave me a fair price for both repairing or replacing my old unit . The employees that came out were very professional and answered all my questions. The Technician that arrived to install our new heating and A/C unit was very professional and courteous. They showed up on time and completed the job quickly. They were very informative on proper maintenance.

Ken, your technician, was hands down the best geothermal mechanic I have ever met. He knows his stuff and communicates well. He is fast and efficient. I look forward to the completion of the repair once parts come in.
