After multiple attempts at communication and waiting several days (or weeks!) for a response, they finally sent my insurance company an inaccurate estimate that didn’t have all of the items I needed and had other items that I didn’t need or that ServPro had already taken care of. After listing out the changes I needed, they sent me another inaccurate estimate that didn’t include all of the changes I requested. These guys really lack attention to detail.
These guys cannot possibly be fully licensed bonded and insured subcontractors for the state Oregon. If they were they would have their CCB number clearly marked on the side of their vehicles which vehicles include their logos. So therefore they cannot meet licensed legally in the state of Oregon. They're Liars don't hire them.
